Q: Can I change my order once it has been submitted?
A: Once the order has been placed and shipped it cannot be changed.  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please see our full set of return rules.

Q: How will I keep track of the order I placed with Takoyaki Anime?
A: Takoyaki Anime will provide the tracking number within 24 hours after the confirmation of the purchase. Note: Some packages shipped internationally will not be trackable. Instead, we will provide certified proof of mailing.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: We offer free shipping insurance to cover most unfortunate incidents of shipments lost or damaged in transit in the USA. NOTE: International shipments are ONLY insured if by choosing Priority Mail or better at checkout.

Q: What is the return process for Takoyaki Anime?
A: A product that is damaged on arrival can be returned for a full refund.  Any opened products returned to Takoyaki Anime will subject a restocking fee of 20%. See our full set of rules for returning items to us.

Q: How long does it generally take before my order ships?
A: Your order will typically be shipped within 24 to 48 hours during regular business hours except for Sundays and National Holidays.

Q: What payment types are accepted by Takoyaki Anime?
A: We accept all major credit cards and cash in person (Do not mail us cash).

Q: What shipment methods are offered by Takoyaki Anime?
A: We offer domestic and international shipping by USPS.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: The tax amount is not included in the listed price and will be shown during checkout for California customers. The tax rate is 8.75% of the cost of your purchase. (Shipping cost not included)

Q: Does Takoyaki Anime accept purchases in person?
A: Please call us at (626)261-9938 to schedule a purchase in person. We also try to maintain good presence at anime conventions in the Greater Los Angeles area. Come find us!
